Adoption Process

Your Journey to a Forever Companion

We believe in finding the perfect match between our puppies and their forever families. Here's what to expect when adopting from Reign's Registered Chow Chows.

1

Call or Email to Inquire

Reach out to us about the specific puppy in the litter that interests you. We'll discuss their personality, health, and availability.

2

Home Evaluation

We'll ask about any dogs currently in your home, the type of home environment, and whether you have a backyard for your new puppy to play and explore.

3

8-Week Milestone

Puppies find their forever companion at 8 weeks old. This is crucial timing, as Chow Chows become loyal to their owners very quickly during this stage.

4

Welcome Home

Take your new companion home with full health records, CKC registration, and our continued support throughout their life.

Why the 8-Week Window Matters

Chow Chows form deep, lasting bonds with their owners very quickly. The 8-week mark is the optimal time for your puppy to transition to their forever home and begin building that lifelong loyalty with you. This critical socialization period ensures your puppy becomes a devoted, well-adjusted member of your family.
